Privacy notice

Last updated 18 October 2026

This notice explains what we collect when you join the CarbonReply waitlist and what we do with it. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

  • Your email address.
  • Your team size and industry, if you choose to tell us.
  • The consent wording you agreed to and the time you agreed to it.
  • A one-way hash of your IP address. We use it to limit repeated or automated signups. We don't store your IP address itself.

We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To email you when the Reply Pack opens and when the free guide is ready, and to understand which kinds of businesses are interested. We only send commercial email you've agreed to, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Where it's stored

Your details are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, Inc., which provides our hosting. Cloudflare may process data outside New Zealand. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
