If we can't produce your pack

If you complete the intake and we can't produce your Reply Pack, we'll refund the full NZ$149 to your original payment method.

If something in your pack is wrong because of us

If a figure is wrong because of a calculation or factor error on our side, tell us and we'll fix and reissue the pack. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.

How to ask

Reply to your order email within 30 days of purchase with a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within five working days.

Your other rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
