About these terms

These terms will apply when you use CarbonReply or buy a Reply Pack. While CarbonReply is waitlist-only, the only service is the waitlist, covered by our privacy notice.

What the Reply Pack is

The Reply Pack is a self-reported estimate prepared using MfE 2026 emission factors; not verified or assured. It is calculated from the information you enter. We don't check your inputs, and nobody reviews your pack before it's delivered.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
• Decide for yourself whether the pack suits the request you've received.
• Describe the pack accurately when you send it on.

No advice

CarbonReply is an estimating tool. It isn't financial, legal, tax or professional advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any pack is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
